The Romanian Association for Quality – A.R.C. is an independent, professional, non-governmental and apolitical association, with legal personality and not for profit, established in 1990 in order to promote quality.

ARC carries out training/examination/certification/registration of personnel, in accordance with the harmonized EOQ schemes for certification/registration of personnel in the fields of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, food safety, information security, based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 17024.
