Strengthening Laboratory Competence in Armenia
KLG International Group is proud to announce the successful completion of a Certified Training Course on ISO/IEC 17025 Internal Auditor for the employees of the National Body for Standards and Metrology (NBSM) in Yerevan, Armenia, earlier in 2025.
The programme was delivered this year in cooperation with a UN organization as part of ongoing capacity-building efforts.
Over a comprehensive five-day programme, participants developed practical competence in internal auditing, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, ISO 19011 guidelines, root cause analysis, and nonconformity reporting. The training featured lectures, group work, case studies, simulations, and a final examination.
After successfully passing the final examination, all participants were awarded the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) Laboratory Assessor Certificates, in addition to their Certificates of Attendance.

This training strengthens Armenia’s national quality infrastructure and enhances the capability of calibration laboratories to operate in accordance with international best practices.
